We use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery for all our UK orders. For orders over £20 UK Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is FREE. Orders under £20 are charged at a flat rate of £0.99 for UK Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. We now offer delivery worldwide! We use Royal Mail International Standard for all orders outside the UK. For orders £10 and under, we charge a flat rate of £1.99 for Royal Mail International Standard. For orders over £10, we charge a flat rate of £4.99 for Royal Mail International Standard.

We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, excluding UK bank holidays and weekends. After your order has been placed you will recieve written confirmation by email. A further email notification will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If there is any delay to your order we will advise you by email.

Please contact us by email should you wish to cancel your order. If we have not dispatched your order then we will cancel it for you, and give you a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to follow our refund process, which can be found in our Delivery & Returns policy.

If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to us, within 28 days of receipt. You must inform us by email within 14 days of receipt of the products you wish to return. All How Funny products are sent in new condition and excellently packaged. If any of the goods you recieve are damaged, please contact us by email within 48 hours of reciveing the goods. Please see our 'Delivery & Returns' policy for full details.
